claim of any kind arising from this Agreement against DigitaLicence and against
any shareholder, director, employee and representative of DigitaLicence.
c) Prohibition of Denigration
During the term of the Agreement and for a period of 12 subsequent months, the User accepts
not to take any action that is intended to damage DigitaLicence
as well as its reputation. Such actions include but are not limited to comments
disparaging, statements that question character, honesty, integrity, the
morality, the image of DigitaLicence in relation to any aspect of the operation
of his business. Obligations under this Section 15.3 extend to
DigitaLicence shareholders, directors, employees and representatives.
