Digitalicence operates as an online platform dedicated exclusively to the sale of digital software license keys. Due to the nature of digital products, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies specifically to digital license deliveries.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Digitalicence are digital license keys delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before the digital license key has been delivered.

Once a license key has been delivered—whether via email or through the customer account area—the order is considered completed and non-cancellable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital license delivery:

  • No refunds are available after the license key has been delivered, except in cases where the license is proven to be invalid or non-functional.
  • Refunds are not granted for:
    • change of mind
    • accidental purchases
    • incompatibility due to system requirements
    • lack of technical knowledge
    • failure to read the product description

Each license delivery is logged and traceable for security and dispute prevention purposes.

4. Invalid or Non-Functional License Keys

If a license key does not work as intended, customers must contact support within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

In such cases:

  • the issue will be verified
  • a replacement key may be provided when applicable
  • a refund will be issued only if a replacement is not possible

5. Payment Methods

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds may be subject to technical limitations and exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Chargebacks and Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after successful digital delivery may result in:

  • suspension of support
  • invalidation of the delivered license
  • account restrictions

Digitalicence reserves the right to contest fraudulent or abusive claims.
